Candidate will be required to do following:
- Professionally administer all incoming calls.
- Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly.
- Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.Maintain the visitor area.
- Type memos, correspondences, reports, and other documents.Perform a variety of clerical dutiesCoordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail servicesAssist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distributing of office supplies.
