Currently we have an open vacancy for a young and energetic person to join our growing team at our studio located at Zamzama Karachi on full time basis for store manager.

Ideal candidate should at least a graduate with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in retail sales environment. We have a very niche clientele hence great communication skills play a vital role in developing long-term relationships with our customers.

The duties would include over all operations of the store along with store assistant

• Manage inventory and work floor, making sure everything is up to the required expectations while making sales.
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.

·       Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries.
• Work alongside operations manager to efficiently manage the sales and orders.
• Remain knowledgeable on products and services offered by us .
• Handle shipping and returns of goods.
• Manage all day to day financial transactions.
• Make sure the ERP system is up to date with daily postings.
