Controlled all the Production System according to production planning.

Execute material requisitions to support production plans in line with MRP, stocks and other requirements.

Ensure availability of Raw-Materials for production. Material Planning (Imported/Local) & ensuring that these are within Pre defined Inventory Levels to meet Production Requirements.

Stock monitoring & follow up of Production to line up need & priority wise

Lead & perform material planning activities from raw materials to finished goods.

Capacity planning in order to utilize the production lines up to maximum capacity.

Prepare consumption report of CKD parts issued to vendors.

Set lead times and keep a strict track to maintain inventory as per the supply chain need.

To ensure customer to deliver goods at minimum cost by working on logistics cost development in transit & at DCs (in short no excess & shortages at DCs which increase the cost of supplier)

Responsible for procurement & sourcing of imported items

Weekly circulate backlog report of schedule issued to local / imported vendors and molding dept.

Working in cooperation with Business & execution team at Autosafe.
