| Job Description: |
- Responsible to develop the activity plan as per PPC plan and share with Head Production
- Liaison with Process Engineer (sugar and non-sugar) for designing of Machining and Quality (M&Q)
- Ensure execution of M&Q to ensure the quality of sugar and non-sugar casting parts
- Plan production work load and distribute among workers according to the casting plan
- Ensure all activities of casting operations are performed according to the plan and laid protocols
- Take corrective measures whenever targets are not achieved or defects/quality rejection exceeds acceptable limits
- Responsible to ensure casting in such a manner that defects/quality rejections does not exceed the defined limits
- Compile detail analysis and remarks on monthly performance in terms of casting, quality and defects control and report to Process Engineer
- Liaison with Administration & HSE department related documentations or procedures development
- Liaison with Administration and HSE department to ensure their presence / visits at site for compliance to avoid wastage of time, effort and resources caused by any accidents
- Manage workers issues with respect to leave, attendance, transfer, posting, behavior, loan, advances etc. to ensure their full productivity
