Major Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reconciliation and verification of Outsource Stock Reports.
- Monitor and confirm inventory records to ensure the accuracy of the ERP Reports.
- Recommend strategies to improve or streamline processes.
- Conduct physical stock counts whenever required.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Stores, Outsource, or other departments to compare information or coordinate procedures.
- Proper Closing of all Outsource plans in ERP system with proper documentation.
- Review and analyze inventory paperwork, comparing it with actual stock or other records to discover any discrepancies.
- Verification of vendor bills with material receiving documents.
