Job Description:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or face-to-face interactions.
  • Handle a incoming calls and messages, managing customer needs efficiently.
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues, providing appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds accurately.
  • Provide detailed product and service information, including promotions and company policies.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to enhance customer experience and promote products or services.
