| Job Description: |
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
- Provide technical support to staff regarding IT systems and resolve user issues promptly.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and security of networks.
- Manage and maintain servers, databases, firewalls, switches, and other IT infrastructure.
- Ensure data backups and recovery systems are operational and tested regularly.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Keep systems up to date with the latest patches and updates.
- Maintain documentation for IT systems, procedures, and policies.
- Support in planning and implementing new IT solutions and infrastructure improvements.
- Assist with the procurement of IT equipment and manage the IT inventory.
