| Job Description: |
- Review and understand PD files to ensure all product specifications and customer requirements are well-documented and communicated.
- Coordinate daily with QA auditors on-line and in-line to track inspection status and follow-ups.
- Collect, compile, and analyze quality reports submitted by QA auditors.
- Maintain and update QA documentation, inspection records, and internal quality reports.
- Assist in identifying product quality issues, support corrective action processes, and follow-up for timely closures.
- Communicate quality feedback and concerns to relevant departments (Production, IE, Merchandising, etc.).
- Participate in pre-production meetings to understand product requirements and relay critical quality checkpoints to the QA team.
- Support the QA Manager in internal audits and external compliance visits related to product quality.
- Ensure traceability and record-keeping of quality incidents and product status.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly quality performance reports for management review.
