Manager Production (Garments/Workwear) required for Samira Fabrics (Pvt) Limited, Khurrianwala (Fasialabad) with more than 05 years experience in well reputed Textile Company (in Garments Manufacturing & Workwear).

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee and execute production of light to heavy workwear  garments from sampling through bulk production.

2. Plan, organize, and manage all stages of workwear garment manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with quality standards.

3. Build, manage, and supervise production teams, including recruitment of required labour / workforce.

4. Optimize production efficiency to achieve quality, cost, and lead-time  objectives.

Requirements

• Proven expeience in workwear garment production (light to heavy categories).
• Strong knowledge of garment construciton, industrial sewing techniques and production processes. 
• Ability to lead, train and manage large labour teams effectively.

Experience/Qualifications

1. Mor than 05 years expeience in garment manufacturing (specific expeience in workwear production).

2. Degree or Diploma in Textile/Clothing Technology, Industrial Engineering or a related field preferred.
