Job Description:

Key Responsibilities  

During the training program, the MTO will rotate through various departments and undertake tasks including, but not limited to:  

1. Service Operations & Management   Assist in the day-to-day management of company-owned and authorized service centers, focusing on efficiency, quality control, and customer satisfaction metrics. Learn and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) for mobile device repair, diagnostics, and spare parts inventory management. Analyze service turnaround time (TAT) and first-time fix rates, proposing and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.  

2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)   Engage directly with customers to understand and resolve complex service issues, serving as an escalation point. Monitor and analyze customer feedback (e.g., surveys, call center data) to identify pain points and recommend improvements to the overall service experience. Learn to use the company\'s CRM and service management software for logging, tracking, and resolving service requests.  

3. Warranty & Quality Assurance   Gain a deep understanding of product warranty policies and ensure consistent and fair application. Work with the Quality Assurance (QA) and Technical teams to track recurring defects and provide feedback to R&D and manufacturing to improve future product reliability. Conduct audits of service center operations to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.  

4. Project & Process Improvement   Participate in or lead small-scale projects aimed at optimizing after sales processes, reducing costs, or enhancing service delivery. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on key performance indicators (KPIs), project progress, and analysis of service trends.  

Required Qualifications  

  • Education: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunications, or relevant field), Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of professional experience are encouraged to apply. Academic Performance: Strong academic record is required.

Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • A keen interest in mobile technology and the after sales service industry.
